If you’re looking for a quiet, private place to relax and enjoy Vancouver Islands beautiful cedar coast you’ve come to the right place. Our 3 rental suites are located on a private ocean-front lot with 550 feet of ocean frontage, 3 acres of rain forest. We are on Highway 14, 40 minutes from Victoria, 3 minutes from French beach, 10 minutes from Jordan River. During 2020 we created 3 west coast modern designed and fully furnished condos to choose from. Whether you stay, chill and relax or use this as a base to explore you’ll be well-situated to experience the best of the Wild West Coast of Vancouver Island. 3 condos to choose from.
From $275 to $600 a night we have three newly crafted modern condos for rent on the lower floor of the house. All suites offer a sleek west coast modern design with 9 foot high ceilings, brand new Blomberg appliances, and quality leather furnishings. All condos have separate entrances with code locks, decks, and outdoor games. Our West Path has a wide set of stairs leading to our ocean viewing deck for sea life watching, relaxing, coffee or wine time. Our East Path offers a smaller, narrow set of stairs to the rugged ocean beach. All 3 suites offer great wifi, large screen smart televisions with Roku programming. All suites have electric fireplaces. We know how important privacy is to you so we spared no expense in offering you a quiet and private experience with double walls, double drywall, and double layers of Rockwool sound insulation. The owners live on-site in the top floors of the house and aim to be friendly and can answer questions or offer local suggestions, or you can receive the door code ahead of time for a contactless check-in after 4 pm.
All our condos can be rented in different combinations depending on how many bedrooms you need. 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom combination rentals are available for larger groups and families.

The West unit is our medium sized condo (750 sq ft) and due to recent municipal regulation enforcement we had to remove our stove and replace it with an airfryer, however we still offer a full size kitchen with microwave, induction hotplate, kettle and coffee (Keurig, French Press, drip coffee). This suite features a living, dining, kitchen room with a spacious king bedroom, a separate modern bathroom, a large covered porch area with BBQ and an available gas fire pit. The suite was created in 2020 and offers beautiful hardwood flooring, quartz counter tops, fir cabinets and closets with custom mill work.
The central unit is the smallest (380 sq ft) our “studio” size has a combined kitchenette, living room, and bedroom with a king sized bed, and a beautiful, large modern bathroom. This suite has limited cooking with no stove other than cooking elements. There is a refrigerator, dish washer, toaster. toaster oven, microwave, Keurig and a small deck with table and chairs as well as an outdoor gas fire pit. The suite was created in 2020 and features beautiful hardwood flooring, quartz counter tops, fir cabinets and closets with custom mill work.
The East unit is our largest (1,100 sq ft) with two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen size bed, two ensuite bathrooms with amazing tile and glass showers. Due to recent municipal regulation enforcement we had to remove our stove. We offer an airfryer, convection hot plate, Keurig and our full size and open concept living area. This suite has beautiful hardwood flooring, quartz counter tops, fir cabinets and closets with custom mill work. There is a large deck with an outside table, chairs, and private use of the hot tub.
A Deck down by the Ocean
We have an amazing deck down by the ocean overlooking the beach and rocks. so feel free to sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean.
Nature and wild life on the property
We have an east staircase that leads down to the ocean viewing deck and have some short hiking trails that loop throughout the rainforest on the property. relax and enjoy the large local population of hummingbirds, local bald eagles, the barking seals and don’t forget to keep an eye out for the local whale pods.
