Set on a private ocean-front lot with 550 feet of ocean frontage, 3 acres of rain forest, we are right off of hwy 14, 40 minutes from Victoria, 3 minutes from French beach, 10 minutes from Jordan River. We have 3 new modern designed and fully furnished condos to choose from. Whether you stay and relax or use this as a base to explore you’ll be well-situated to experience the best of what Vancouver island has to offer.

From $250 to $550 a night we have three newly crafted modern condos for rent on the lower floor of the house. With a sleek modern design, 9 foot high ceilings, brand new Blomberg appliances, and quality leather furnishings. All condos have separate entrances with code locks, decks, and outdoor games. We know how important privacy is to you so we spared no expense in offering you a quiet and private experience with double walls, double drywall, and double layers of Rockwool sound insulation. The owners live on-site in the top floors of the house and aim to be friendly and can give you a tour of the property, or you can receive the door code ahead of time for a contactless check-in after 4 pm.
All our condos can be rented in different combinations depending on how many bedrooms you need. 1 - 4 bedroom rentals are available for larger groups and families.

The West unit is our medium sized condo and due to Government regulations we have to remove all our ovens and stove top however we still offer a full service kitchenette. This rental features a living room with 1 spacious bedroom with king sized bed, a separate modern bathroom, a large covered porch area with BBQ. Beautiful hardwood flooring, quartz counter tops, fir cabinets and closets with custom mill work.
The central unit is the smallest of the three our “studio” size with a combined kitchenette, living room, and bedroom with a king sized bed, and a beautiful modern bathroom. A full kitchen minus the stove, a small deck with table and chairs as well as an outdoor gas fireplace. Featuring beautiful hardwood flooring, quartz counter tops, fir cabinets and closets with custom mill work.
The East unit is our largest with two large bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the other with a queen size bed, two ensuite bathrooms with amazing tile and glass showers, and due to BC Government regulations on short term rentals we have to remove all our ovens and stove tops however we still offer a full-service kitchenette and open concept living area. Beautiful hardwood flooring, quartz counter tops, fir cabinets and closets with custom mill work. There is Large deck with a big table, chairs, and access to the hot tub.
A Deck down by the Ocean
We have an amazing deck down by the ocean with access to the beach and rocks. so feel free to sit and enjoy the sound of the ocean.
Nature and wild life on the property
We have an east staircase that leads down to the ocean and have some short hiking trails and that loop throughout the rainforest on the property. relax and enjoy the large local population of hummingbirds, the barking seals and don’t forget to keep an eye out for the local whale pods.
